ProActive Information Management (pim) wants to make sure that having us as your IT managed services provider is easy. And you shouldn't need a bounty hunter to track down how to put in a help desk ticket. In keeping with that, we wanted to let you know that we are updating the way we receive service tickets. Beginning May 4th (yes, we know...MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU), we will no longer be receiving help desk support tickets via email. But have no fear! There are still easy ways for you to reach out to us for help.
Beginning May 4th, the ways to contact our help desk will be via telephone (804-897-8347, option 2) and through the easy to use client portal.
